ITINERARIO

 

First Day: Journey from Cusco to the city of Puno (Includes Lunch)

  • 06:30 Transfer from hotel to the bus station

  • 07:00 trip to Puno in public tourist bus with service on board

  • On the way we will visit Adahuaylillas and the beautiful colonial church – Raqchi the temple of Wiraqocha – La Raya border from Cusco and Puno – Museum of Pukara

  • After 10hrs we will arrive in Puno in the evening.

  • Overnight at Puno

Second Day: Uros and Amantani Island (Includes Lunch, Dinner and breakfast)                                 

  • 08:00 Transfer to the port to take the boat to Uros island and Amantani island

  • 09:00 Arrive ot Uros Island

  • 11:00 Trip around the Titicaca lake to Amantani island

  • 13:30 Arrive on Amantani island, Settle in, and then have lunch.

  • After rest we will ascend to the top of the island to see the beautiful sunset

  • After dinner we will have festivity in the community center

  • Overnight at Amantani island with various families in traditional accommodation.

Third day: Amantani Island – Takile Island - Puno

  • After breakfast on Amantani island, we will take the boat to Takile island to see the traditional community

  • after lunch we come back to Puno

  • Overnight at Puno

Fourth day: Free day in Puno and visit the arqueológicas center of Sillustani

  • Free day in Puno in the afternoon tour to the archeological center of Sillustani.

  • Overnight at Puno

​

Fith day: Transfer to the airport of Juliaca.​

  • In the morning transfer to the airport of Juliaca city to take our plane in direction of Lima city, end of our service.

Trip by Bus to Puno :

The Public Tour Bus allows us to enjoy the comforts of a tourist bus up onto the Altiplano  to the city of Puno, it includes on board, service, guidance of a professional guide and a delicious lunch. We travel the Wiraqocha Route passing through several towns such as Sicuani, Raqchi and Pukara among others, and you will visit beautiful places full of history and mystery such as the Andahuaylillas Church with colonial decoration; the Raqchi Temple dedicated to the Inka God Wiracocha that was built in his honor; The town of Pukara - the origin of the Pukara culture with a modest museum full of mysticism; and the Raya midpoint between Cusco and Puno at 4150msnm, where the Vilcanota knot is located, and where the origins of the sacred river of the Incas Willcamayu  begins. This river winds through the mountains down to the Sacred Valley where it is known as the Urubamba river, which bathes the mountain slopes around the city of Machu Picchu. this is a spectacular trip through valleys, mountains and rivers arriving at the city of Puno where the highest navigable Lake in the World is located. Lake Titicaca is the origin place of the Andean Culture.

 

Tourist transport

The Tourist Transport with capacity for 52 passengers that covers the route Cusco - Puno (approximate time of 10hrs) is fully equipped with First Aid Kit, Oxygen, Extinguisher and professional drivers who in turn will cover this route.
